Spectacular Stanford White House on 50 acres on the Hudson River.
Located in Rhinebeck, NY, 104 miles and approx. 2 hours from Times
Square, NYC. The building was built in 1902 and commissioned by
John Jacob Astor IV. The original purpose of the building was a
sporting pavilion with guest bedrooms. It reportedly housed the
first indoor American residential swimming pool. There is also an
indoor tennis court. The building is 31,000 sq. ft. and is on two
levels. There are 5 bedrooms and four baths on the first floot.
The main salon is 5,000 sq. ft. and the average ceiling height is
15'. The building may be undergoing renovations to various areas at
